<p>If you don&#8217;t have a scale, GO BUY ONE NOW. How else will you know <span style="text-decoration:line-through;">how fat you are</span> how much weight you&#8217;re losing? Tell your dear mum that you feel fat and need to know how fat you are. Or in the case of smetz, who is freakishly skinny already, tell your mum that you&#8217;re in an anorexia contest.</p>

<p>3. if we lose fat but gain muscle, were gonna gain weight</p>
<p>so, basically, i dont think we should focus toooo much on our weight like every time. also, idk about you guys, but im gonna try and keep track of what i eat too, cuz i need to eat healthier, and thats something we should all try and do and it will really help.  one more thing. then ill stop. i promise. haha. ok. so. remember, cardio and weight training, or its not as effective.</p>
